| Achieve Strategic Cooperation Agreement with PSP |

On July 1, 2009, SCBC signed strategic cooperation agreement with PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd.(PSP). Both Mr. Xu Jia, General Manager of SCBC and Mr. Chen Weiqiang, Deputy General Manager of PSP Signed on the agreement on the Matchmaking Meeting of Local Product of Sichuan Petrochemical Project for both sides of supply and demand which was jointly hosted by Chengdu Petrochemical Base Administration Committee(Chengdu Petrochemical) and PSP. Since then SCBC has duly built long-term strategic cooperation fellowship with PSP, which brought positive effects on further exploitation of petrochemical market。
PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd is the first large scale enterprise in southwest China on integration of refining & chemical industry, which was jointly developed by PetroChina and Sichuan government and centered on building raw material base of petroleum chemical industry in Southwest China based on Sichuan Pengzhou Project. With strong design and fabrication ability on equipments such as various petrochemical heat exchanger, tower, non-standard vessel, waste heat boiler, heat recovery boiler and heating furnace etc., SCBC got much affirmation and accreditation from PSP, so that a long-term reliable strategic cooperation fellowship is built with relying on 10 million tpa of oil refining and 0.8 million tpa of ethylene project of PSP. From now on, as PSP’s preferred equipment supplier, SCBC will have more and further cooperation with PSP in the future.。
Except 5 enterprises signed strategic cooperation agreement, another more than 20 enterprises took part in this matchmaking meeting for both sides of supply and demand. Mr. Bai Gang, deputy mayor of Chengdu City, Mr. Xiang Shiyong, assistant secretary general, Mr. Wu Hao, deputy director of Economic and Trade Commission, Mr. Liu Zhichong, director of Chengdu Petrochemical and Mr. Wang Lianping, deputy director of Chengdu Petrochemical presented at the meeting. Mr. Xu jia, general manager of SCBC, Mr. Sun Gang, chief engineer of SCBC, MrWang Yulin, deputy general manager (in charge of sale) of SCBC, Mr. Tang Daijun, sales director of Southwest China of SCBC and Mr. Li Dongsheng, general manager of PSP, Mr. Chen Weiqiang, deputy general manager of PSP took part in the signature ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement。
