Our after-sale service tenet is “customers first and service sincere”. Therefore, we give you our commitments as follows:
- Send our resident site representatives to customer construction site strictly according to the contract, and solve the problems happened in installation stage timely and properly, so as to ensure that the installation can be carried out successfully.
- In principle, the on-site technical service time for boiler products starts from assembling steel structure, and ends with hydraulic test of boiler body, and we can prolong our service time appropriately if it is required and necessary.
- In the debugging stage for boiler equipment, we can send our staff to work on site, in order to guarantee that the problems happened in equipment working process can be solved in time.
- The service staffs must observe all the rules and regulations implemented in the customers’ side or construction site, and we will inform our customers in advance about our staff travel schedule or personnel replacement (if any).
- About the on-site working quality of our service staffs, customers can write down their comments according to the truth on the “Service Quality Survey Table of Sichuan Boiler Co., Ltd”.
- We will negotiate with our customers if they have any other service requirements.
